If you have reached this page, you will certainly be aware that the Guild now has a new web site. This change is the result of the wish to improve the service to members and to promote hypnotherapy more effectively. Some of the main changes are listed below:
Regional listing of practitioners
Some 60% of Uk households now have internet access and the majority of them use a broadband connection. For many families, searching the Internet quickly becomes their main method of finding information. Forget Yellow Pages and the local newspaper - the internet is more effective and more popular. Search engines are faster and more comprehensive in bringing information into the average home.
Soon, our regional listing will show up in searches, so many more people will have direct access to the list of therapists - and clients can make contact directly with you, our members.
There is also a development plan to increase the content of this web site, to make it more attractive to search engines - who in turn will direct visitors to the site as a result of searched for answers to various medical conditions and queries. More traffic means more business for our members.

Web pages for every therapist on the listing
Another new initiative is the offer of a web page for every therapist registered with U K Guild. You can see the details on the Members' page.
Each page is coded to work like an individual web site, so that search engines can find the page details and bring visitors straight to your page. Details here
