I have been in practice as a Hypnotherapist for 13 Years I have a wide experience of dealing with Clients within the NHS as a Charge Nurse in a Medical Practice. I receive many recommendations from G.Ps Locally especially for dealing with Smoking Cessation and Phobias of all kinds.

My personal interest in Hypnosis started many years ago when I gave up Smoking myself with the help of Hypnosis. I now have a special interest in Smoking Cessation.

I completed my training with the Proudfoot School of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and continued my training doing many Master Classes with various Schools in the UK.

Since qualifying as a therapist, I run a very successful Hypnotherapy Practice from home. I help my clients deal with a wide range of Emotional and Psychological conditions.

My area of specialty include Smoking Cessation, Weight problems, phobias and fears of all kinds, Panic Attacks, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and many anxiety related problems.

I use combinations of HYpnotherapy, Cognative Behavioural Therapy, Neuro- LInguistic Programming and Counselling to obtain the desired outcome. Most situations are resolved with a Short session of solution focussed therapy.
