Description of Practice
My practice is based on the premise that I want to help people to 'grow' and reach their goals in any way I can with the skills I have learned. I have been a Nurse since I was 18 years old and specialised in Occupational Health Nursing, working for a very large Chemical company. I have always enjoyed working with and helping people to achieve their goals or realise their potential in life. This involves allowing them to see what they can achieve with their own innate skills ; therefore helping them to cope with or overcome obstacles or problems that they perceive are occurring in their life.I am a Homeopath and Bowen Therapist, I am also qualified Hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and Holistic therapist.
